Company Background
Unicom Chemist Limited, duly incorporated under the Laws of the Republic of Ghana in August 1995 to provide healthcare delivery services, has successfully provided wholesale and retail services in the pharmaceutical sector of this country. The Corporate Head Office, the nerve center of our operations, is located at House No.214, Winneba Road, Chaaba in Accra.

The building which is a freehold property of Unicom Chemist Ltd. is made up of three blocks that provide office space, shops, and warehouse space of approximately 1,000m2, and about 600m2 parking space. A dedicated refrigeration facility exists for the storage of cold-chain products. Currently, we operate a central distribution warehouse, five wholesale outlets, and four retail shops.

Our CEO
Mrs. Patience Tsegah is a pharmacist by profession and a member of Ghana Pharmaceutical Society since 19990. She also hold a certificate in Clinical Pharmacy from Robert Gordon University in Scotland.
Our Executive Director
Mr. Abiola Aheto Tsegah holds a BA (Hon) degree in Art and a certificate in procurement as well as project management.
Operations
Unicom Chemist is engaged in the importation, wholesale and distribution and retailing of healthcare products.
Our distribution activities serve all the major wholesalers, hospitals and retail pharmacies in Ghana. The distribution channel, managed by the company, is without doubt, one of the most efficient in the country, with branded company vans which are regularly maintained with highly trained and experienced drivers.
Unicom Chemist has seven wholesale outlets and five retail pharmacies that serve the public directly and intends to add on more outlets.

Unicom Chemist is a limited liability entity incorporated under the laws of Ghana in 1995. The company is licensed by the Food and Drugs Authority and Pharmacy Council Of Ghana to operate as a pharmaceutical distributor and retailer units.
